My 2nd attempt to draw realistic 
I think this one looks better that the last one but well, I'm still not enough satisfied with it
I will continue practicing
By the way, Cro is a German rapper whose trademark is his panda mask
I chose him to draw cause I thought it's easy to draw him cause of his mask ^^
